Lending Policies

 

Patrons are responsible for all borrowed materials under their account by other authorized individuals including minors.

 

Patrons will be responsible for paying for any materials that are lost or damaged.

 

Patrons are allowed to checkout 30 total items at one time (only 4 can be DVDs).

 

Renewals

Materials can be renewed 2 times (unless they have been requested by someone else).

• Renew by your online account (as long as items are not overdue, you have no fines, and your account is not expired).

 

Late Fees & Fines

After items are due, late fees accrue according to the table below per item per day.

 

Patrons cannot check out any materials or use a library computer if their account fines are over $3.00.

 

Fines can be added onto a patron's account by library staff for: damaged materials, lost items, overdue items, and any printing or other services where payment was not received.

 

Drop Box

• Materials returned to the drop box (located in the parking lot) will be received by library staff the following morning.  

• We ask that DVDs and Audiobooks be returned inside if possible to prevent damage.
